Job Title: Program Coordinator|

ALCOLOCK PA is currently looking to fill the position of Program Coordinator in our Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania office. This position is responsible for maintaining and coordinating the administrative and technical aspects of the ignition interlock program for the jurisdiction, including Service Center and staff oversight.
•Perform technical and administrative tasks to support the ALCOLOCK ignition interlock program for one or more jurisdictions within the USA;
•Familiarity with all jurisdictional regulations, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
•Ensure that all staff are thoroughly trained in all aspects of their position and are equipped with the right equipment to perform their functions;
•Implementation and maintenance of program services for all service centers within the jurisdiction, including maintaining the Service Delivery policies and procedures;
•Ensure that quotas for service delivery and deadlines are met;
•Liaise with jurisdictional authorities when necessary to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations are achieved;
•Assist and provide training to any staff or other stakeholders as requested by the jurisdictional authorities;
•Supervise all aspects of the jurisdiction to support the Compliance Monitoring Business Unit -- Program Services Group;
•Responsible for input and the delivery of Service Delivery -- Technical Standards (policies and procedures);
•Ensure timely and complete required reporting within the jurisdictions
•Answer telephone inquiries and promote the ignition interlock program's products and services;
•Attend conferences or trade shows whenever and wherever required to promote the ALCOLOCK ignition interlock program and other ALCOLOCK USA products;
•Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction;
•Research customer compliance within the program;

•Possess strong interpersonal skills to plan and accomplish goals and to manage clients, employees, and contracted Service Centers;
•Bilingual in English and Spanish;
•Post Secondary Education, preferably with a Business focus and/or equivalent experience
•Managerial Experience of at least 2 to 3 years
•Accounting courses or experience desirable;
•Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Criminal Records Search;
•Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Driver Records Search;
•Must comply with and enforce Drug Fee Workplace Policy;
•Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a passport and be willing to travel within North America;
•Familiar with commonly used software including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Email, Internet Browsers;
•A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected;
•Understanding of Privacy issues;
•Problem solving skills which require exercising independent judgment.
