We have no membership fees nor do have any requirements for our shoppers. This type of part time work is open for anyone who is interested in making a difference in customer service and who enjoy getting free services, products, and supplemental income!!

BestMark Inc.,(BBB accredited), is a market research and mystery shopping company and we are looking for customer service evaluators in the area. Our clients hire us so that they can get feedback from everyday customers like yourself. If you have ever seen the tv show Undercover Boss, you can imagine how useful it is to experience candid situations from the customers point of view.
This is where we need YOU, the average every day patron to provide your feedback about how shopping at their business makes you feel as a consumer.
At the moment we have over 50 dealerships across Pennsylvania that we will be evaluating over the next month or two. Part of the each individual evaluation will be assessing a dealership’s service department and employees. We are looking for things like how timely they are with getting their customers’ needs met. You would receive reimbursement for an oil change PLUS $20-$45 for giving us your feedback on your experience at the dealership!
Dealership locations can be found in the following cities:
***In order to participate (in this PARTICULAR mystery shop opportunity) you will need to be able to use a CHEVY, Volvo, BUICK, CADILLAC, Acura, or GMC vehicle.
This is a great opportunity for those of you in need of an oil change or tire rotation and a wonderful opportunity to be able to make a difference in customer service standards!
NOTE: If you do not own or have access to one of these types of vehicles we certainly have many other types of mystery shop opportunities that do not have any requirements that you would be eligible for so don't hesitate to check us out either way!
