Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Job Description:
The candidates we seek will have a minimum of 10 years of architectural experience.

-Bachelors degree;
-Retail/Restaurant project experience;
-Must have experience with retrofits and remodels including surveying of existing conditions;
-Experience working within corporate design guidelines and protocols.
-Experience in all project phases, including CA - is a PLUS
-Should be able to work on 2-3 projects at various phases simultaneously;
-Experience coordinating the work of multiple disciplines, primarily MEP and structural engineers;
-Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
