Must have minimum 5 years experience and be able to manage the herd, manage milking operations, and also be able to process milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream and butter. Should also be able to organically raise various kinds of livestock for slaughter and sale. This is an exciting startup opportunity on a 370 acre farm in Hunterdon County, NJ that is being launched in association with Rutgers University. It is located at a four-way interchange on a State highway with 40,000 cars per day. All products will be sold from a 5,000 sq. ft. retail farm stand at the intersection.
