Position reports to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include: Management of all financial/IT departments; allocation of resources; internal reporting; month-end closings; budget preparation; evaluation of fiscal function/performance; establish/execute short/long range financial goals, strategies, plans and policies; and to continually improve the financial operations of the organization. REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance. ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in hands-on financial disciplines. Nonprofit health care preferred. Must be knowledgeable with accounting principles, laws and guidelines. Must possess the ability to examine and verify financial documents and reports. Must possess the ability to identify, plan, interpret, organize, develop and implement fiscal objectives.
