Vibra Health Plan is seeking a Full Time Inside Sale Representative to join our team!
To assure the effective management, compliance, and successful handling of all prospective Medicare enrollee and Vibra Health Plan’s sales representatives (internal & external sales staff plus contracted agents) interactions (primarily by phone & digital communication) to increase Vibra Health Plan’s Medicare membership, while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations plus company policies & procedures.
•Associates in Marketing, Management, Business Management required, or four (4) years of related field sales, professional or equivalent experience in an inside sales or call center environment. BS or BA degree or additional eight (8) years of related sales, professional or equivalent experience preferred.
•High level of integrity and accountability as demonstrated by 1) appropriate treatment of confidential information, 2) adherence to all policies, procedures, rules and regulations, 3) professional conduct in dealing with persons internal and external to the organization and 4) sensitivity towards target population is essential.
•Must acquire all state(s) licensure & Medicare certification & appointment qualifications to sell Medicare products throughout Vibra Health Plan’s service area within 60 days of the start of employment if not currently licensed, certified, & appointed by Vibra Health Plan.
•Two (2) years’ experience in inside sales with Medicare Advantage products with demonstrated achievement is preferred.
•Thorough knowledge of Medicare products, regulations and guidelines preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills characterized by ability to motivate, mediate, counsel and mentor others.
•Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Online/Mobile Enrollment, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience with Call Handling (i.e. Avaya/Envision), Marx, HPMS, and health plan Claim/Operating (i.e., QNXT, Facets) systems is preferred.
•Ability to analyze, draw conclusions and make recommendations from qualitative and quantitative information and data.
•Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (bilingual in Spanish or other languages preferred), both verbally and in writing through personal contact and public speaking engagements.
•Assertiveness and the ability to work with limited guidance from company management are required.
•Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation as needed to perform job duties and responsibilities throughout Vibra Health Plan’s service area.
