What the job is:
The On-Site Client Manager will work at the client location in Horhsam, PA., a large blue chip Pharmaceutical Company. GROUP360 Worldwide provides design and graphic production services for this client for both final print production as well as multiple digital outputs. The On-Site Client Manager serves as a primary contact between the client and GROUP360 Worldwide. Because of the nature of this position, the On-Site Client Manager must be self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to manage existing projects and determine what work is required. In addition, the On-Site Client Manager seeks out additional work/responsibilities and look for pro-active ways to improve or enhance communication and workflow processes between the client and GROUP360 Worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
Collate and coordinate comprehensive briefs for work to be produced
Manage the production of work to to client timelines within a clearly defined FDA regulated approval and compliance environment
Circulate proofs and act as liasion on further edits and changes
Coordinate with the production specialists on indexing of asset management material and archiving of time expired items
Report metrics of work carried out by GROUP360 Worldwide
Maintain documentation of job progression and track projects to ensure timely completion
Obtain appropriate proof approvals from various departments within the client
Act as liaison for printers/publishers to understand their specifications
Report daily on information regarding upcoming projects, customer relations issues, and general information to the Account Manager
Education, Experience & Skills:
1+ years work experience in preparing marketing material for Pharmaceutical /Biotech industry
Mac OSX experience 3 years minimum
PC Microsoft Office Suite experience 3 years
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and independently
Strong verbal and written skills
Highly organized with strong sense of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong understanding of the graphic process from concept to output
Strong understanding of the exacting nature of the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry in regard to graphics production to ensure that work meets industry standards
Strong Project Management Skills
