Customer Support Specialists handles inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features and services. To start, you'll earn between $12.27 and $15.02 per hour, with an opportunity to receive your first raise after only 6 months. You'll even have the chance to earn more through sales incentives.

What you'll do:

•Answer customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and report problem areas.
•Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
•Administer system functions on all opening, closing, and balancing procedures according to finance guidelines.
Requirements:
•STRONG communication skills
•Data entry and problem solving skills
•Basic computer skills
•Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
•Ability to work day, evening, night, weekend and split shifts
•Qualify on pre-employment screening
